Simplest dish. Anyone can make it. All you need is just 20 mins to get it all done including preparations.
Eggplant is very low in calories and fats but rich in soluble fiber content.
Ingredients :
1 pc Eggplant (about 1 foot long)
2-3 pc Shallot
2-3 tbsp Cooking Oil
2-3 tsp Light Soy Sauce
Garnish : spring onions
Step by Step:
1. Cut brinjal into long strips.
2. Steam for 15mins or till brinjal becomes soft.
3. Discard excess water from brinjal. Shread it thinly with fork.
4. Drizzle shallot oil, crispy shallot and light soy sauce.
5. Garnish with some spring onions and ready to serve hot.
