Thank you for coming to Cook With Mi, my cooking blog.

 

I love to cook & I love eating too. This 2 always come together, whereby my love for food gives me the ideas to recreate it. I am not a professional nor with any chef background. My passion for culinary skills started basically just because I believe that healthy cooking starts from home. I cook for my family members and they are always my faithful guests.

 

How this Cook With Mi blog started? Sometimes I will just cook something that I create myself in the kitchen & it taste super great. After some time, when I thought to recreate the same dish, I realised that I had forgotten the secret ingredients or steps on how to do it. Therefore, I think I should write it down here & at the same time, can share with those who has the same passion.

 

Being the eldest in my family, I started to help out my mum in the kitchen when I was young. I remember I help to peel petai seeds, peel gingko nuts, cut fruits, then from there slowly I learnt to fried eggs, cook instant noodles. I make pancakes & make fruit jelly very often. I cook during my college times. I cook for small gatherings & party celebrations.

 

My passion towards culinary makes me carve for more ideas, inspirations or knowledge in different cuisines from recipe books, cooking blogs, youtube and TV Channels.

 

My heartfelt thanks for your continuous support. I will continue to create more delicious recipes to share with all of you.
