Okra (Lady's Finger) with Dried Baby Shrimp

If you experienced cooking okra before, when you stirfry in the wok, you will end up with a sticky mess. Therefore, I always like to microwave it instead of stir-frying it. Anyone can cook this dish, it required no cooking experience at all and would not go wrong.

2. Arrange sliced okra on a mirowavable plate. Sprinkle 2 tbsp water on the okra. This is to allow moisture for okra to cook & won't turn dry.

3. Put in microwave to cook for 2 minutes. Have a bite to test to make sure it's fully cooked. (cook time may varies depending on the thickness that you cut & the heat from your microwave)

4. (USE LOW HEAT) In a heated pan, add cooking oil & saute dried baby shrimp. Carefully toss the dried baby shrimp as it gets burnt easily.
