Sliced Pork & Enoki Rolls in Korean BBQ Sauce

Sliced pork - buy those thinly sliced for Shabu-Shabu. Don't use Bacon as it will turn out too salty for this dish. Just plain sliced pork will do. A bit fat is alright.

Bibigo Korean BBQ sauce is perfect for marinades for BBQ or Cooking. The marinates will make your meat soft & tender. Can use it to marinade chicken, pork, beef or mutton. It contains pear & apple puree inside.

3. In a heated pan, put pork rolls & slowly grill till cook. (Note that I'm using Queen's Xense Pan to grill & I didn't put a drop of oil when cooking it. The sliced pork will cook using it's own fats)
