Muah Chee - Cooked glutinous rice cake with grounded peanuts & sugar.
Using Queen's Xense Double Pan, it's so simple to prepare and fuss free too! You really must get a good non-stick pan to make this. Oherwise the glutinous rice will stick to your pan and it gets messy.
No more costly muah chee's from the neigbourhood night market street stall aka. Pasar Malam!

(serves 2)
Ingredients A
130g glutinous rice flour 200ml water 3/4 tsp sesame oil ( may substitute with peanuts oil or shallots oil) 1 tsp sugar pinch of salt
Ingredients B
40g Groundnuts (fried, skin removed, grounded)
4-5 tablespoon sugar (may adjust to your personal preference) pinch of tossed white sesame seeds

Step by Step :
1. Mix ingredients 'A' together and stir well.
2. Pour into pan and put over low heat.
3. Cover the pan & cook for 5 minutes.
4. Open pan, fold the sides towards center and slowly roll into a dough.
5. Flip the dough every now & then for another 10 minutes. Done.
6. Remove from pan & let it cool down for 3 minutes.
6. Mix ingredients B in a plate, use a scissor to cut & roll dough in peanut & sugar mix.

Garnish with some crispy fried shallots for some extra goodness.
This dish prepared by using Queen's Xense Double Pan.
