Grilled Baby King Oyster Mushrooms with Spicy Teriyaki Sauce

Simple yummy grilled mushrooms.

Ingredients : (serves 2)

125g Baby King Oyster Mushrooms

1 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce

Dash of Ginger Powder

1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes

1/4 tsp Chilli Powder (sprinkles)

Dash of Dried Parsley Leaves (sprinkles)

1 tbsp Olive oil for grilling

Step by step:

1. Quick rinse mushrooms and dab away excess water with kitchen towels.

2. In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, ginger powder & chilli flakes. Stir to mix well.

3. Heat up nonstick grill pan, brush some oil onto the pan. Place mushrooms onto grill and grill until each sides turns golden. It takes about 2-5 mins depending on your heat.

Brushing teriyaki sauce mixtures in between grilling.

*skewer inserted after they are grilled. If you are using the open fire BBQ grill, please insert skewer before grilling.*


4. Dish up. Sprinkle with chilli powder and dried parsley leaves before serving.
