Fruit Cocktail Agar-Agar Mooncake

Refreshing and simple agar-agar mooncake. No need tedious steps to do the egg yolk and inner fillings.


Mixed fruit cocktail can be purchase from the supermarket, in canned, which usually contains peaches, pineapples, cherry, grapes and nata de coco.


Ingredients : (makes 4 pcs)

80g Mixed Cocktail Fruit

60ml Mixed Cocktail Syrup

240ml Water

3g or 1 ¼ tsp Agar-Agar Powder

30g Sugar


Method :

1. Cut fruit cocktail into smaller cubes. Place them into moulds.

2. In a pot, add in water, cocktail syrup, add konnyaku jelly powder and stir well till no clumps.

3. Add sugar and turn on heat. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously.

4. Pour mixture into moulds. Leave to set and transfer to fridge to chill. Serve.
