Moss Pudding Dessert (Puding Lumut)

Agar-agar is loaded with fiber. It's made from a plant source rather than from an animal one. It is the perfect substitute to traditional gelatin.

Try this beautiful Moss Pudding dessert today. The egg & coconut milk combines when cooked and create beautiful moss formation like in the jelly after it's fully set. Easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.

1 Egg

65g Sugar

80ml Coconut Milk

410ml Water

70ml Pandan Juice (blending pandan leaves in 75ml water)

5. Keep stirring about 12mins or until mixture boils. At this point of time, you will see the moss formation and floated on the surface.

6. Turn of heat & let it cools down for about 5 mins for all the bubbles/foam to disappear.

7. Pour into jelly mould & let it cool down.

8. Once cool down, you can keep in the fridge to chill till agar-agar fully set. At least for 3-4 hours.

9. Serve chilled & enjoy.
