The shape of the Queen's Xense Double Pan which is a rectangular shape, is perfect for making eggrolls.
Today's will be sharing a super easy recipe - Seaweed Eggroll. Using any flavoured / seasoned ready-to-eat Korean seaweed of your choice, this will great for an afternoon snacks or replace your usual breakfast omelette.
Ingredients : (Make 1 roll)
3 Eggs
1 big sheet ready to eat Seasoned/Flavoured Seaweed
1/3 tsp Salt
dash of pepper
½ tsp light soy sauce
Cooking oil
Step by Step:
1. Whisk eggs. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce & mix evenly.
2. Cut seaweed into short strips using scissors.
3. Add oil to heated double pan, turn to low heat, pour in half the egg mixture.
4. Swirl pan so that the egg mixture goes round the pan.
5. Cover, and cook for about 1-2 minutes on low heat till the omelette half set & add in
seaweed strip.
6. Once the egg on the surface is half-cooked (watery), start to roll the egg from the sides
towards the end. (If egg is fully cooked & hardened, egg roll will be loose & not stick
together.
7. Remove & cool down slightly before cut into slice.
8. Ready to serve.
