Steamed D.O.M Chicken

Sometimes when I'm alone, I will just cook a single dish & eat with steamed rice. Steaming is always easy to handle & washing up is lesser too.

A nourishing & delicious Steamed D.O.M. Chicken. D.O.M Benedictine wine liquor is commonly used for dishes or soups during confinement month by many Asian women. D.O.M. will give this dish a sweet flavour and rather light in taste. Don't expect a very strong wine chicken dish like yellow wine chicken. D.O.M. will help improves general well being, improves blood circulation, dispel wind & helps to sleep better. If you want a rosy cheek, consume this more regularly.
