Braised Pork Belly with Dried Tofu Puff

A savoury dish, Braised Pork Belly with Dried Tofu Puff. A lovely home-feel dish that I can eat this with a bowl of hot plain rice. Tofu puff will absorb all the goodness in the gravy. Super delicious.

Tips : Keep stirring the pork & egg occasionally to be well combined in gravy. Add more water if you prefer more gravy. Of course adjust the saltiness after you add more water.

You can also add more eggs to your preference.
