Grilled Rosemary Pork Chop


This Valentine's Day surprise your love ones with succulent juicy Grilled Rosemary Pork Chop. The pork chop itself is good enough to have it on its own. You don't need any sauce or chilli sauce to go with it. Serve with your favourite side dishes - choice of buttered mix vegetables, corn in cob, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, green salad, potato salad etc.

Ingredients : (Serves 2)

200gm pork loin (about 1.3cm thick each)

2 tsp corn oil

3 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp worchestershire sauce

1 tsp white vinegar

dash of pepper

1 tsp mustard sauce

2 clove garlic, finely chopped

1/2 dried rosemary herbs

1/2 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp olive oil - for grilling

Steps by Steps:

1. In a resealable plastic bag, add in all marinades ingredients into pork. (except olive oil) Seal bag and turn to coat, refrigerate & let it marinade overnight.

2. In a heated pan, add olive oil. Grill pork over medium heat, 4-5 minutes on each sides or till it turn brownish & cooked.

3.Ready to served with your preferred choice of sides.

Butter Mix vegetables

Carrot - sliced

Brocolli - cut into bite size

Cauliflower - cut into bite size

In a pot of hot boiling water, add pinch of salt, blanch the vegetables.

Carrot & cauliflower - 3minutes.

Brocolli - 2 minutes.

In a heated saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of butter & pinch of salt. Then add in mix vegetables & mix well. Cook for 1 minutes till vegetables coat with buttery flavour. Serve with your pork chop as side dish.
