Spinach with Salted Egg Drop


Spinach with salted egg drop. Yummy simple dish. Hubby said yummss.. Eat till clean clean..

Method: 1. Cook spinach in superior soup(scallop sauce + light soy sauce). 2. Dish up spinach & set aside, leaving the soup in wok. 3. Crack a salted egg in a bowl, roughly chopped the yolk, stir the egg into the soup & stir slowly. Cook for about 1-2 mins till yolks turns whitish. 4. Season with salt (optional*test first before add any salt. Some salted egg is very salty while some is not) 5. Pour egg soup over spinach & serve hot.
