Tried making this lactation cookies. I had only 1-2pcs per day, basically during breakfast time or sometimes another piece during afternoon tea time. For me, it did help to promote more milk supply but just slightly more.
However, this is good as a snack to munch, in between those busy hours. It's quite filling as it contained seeds and oats.
Recipe adapted from Genius Kitchen.com. Tweaked it to less sweet version.

Ingredients :
115g Butter
120g Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
180g All Purpose Flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
145g Oats (I'm using Instant Baby Oats)
90g Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp Brewer's Yeast
Step by Step:
1. Preheat oven to 175C.
2. Mix the flaxseed meal and water and let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
3. Beat butter and brown sugar well.
4. Add eggs and mix well.
5. Add flaxseed mix and vanilla, beat well.
6. Sift together flour, brewers yeast, baking soda and salt. Slowly add in butter mix and mix to combine.
7. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
8. Scoop onto baking sheet & bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

9. Let it cool down before remove from tray.
10. Keep in airtight containers.

Happy baking..
