Baked Brownie with Chocolate Chips

A super simple brownie recipe that you don't need a mixer to do it. You just need a whisk to combine all the ingredients and voila, you'll have a brownie cake. Moist in texture, super chocolaty in taste. Will definitely make again.

Ingredients:

110g Butter

75g All Purpose Flour

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

2 Eggs

90g Brown Sugar

75g Chocolate Chips

110g Chocolate Bar (Cooking Chocolate)

10g Cocoa Powder

Step by Step:

1. Preheat oven at 170C.

2. Melt chocolate bar & butter in a same bowl using bain-marie (double boil) method. Once fully melted, set aside & let it cool down a bit.

3. In another bowl, sieve flour and cocoa powder together. Add in half of the chocolate chips into the flour mixture & mix to combine. Set aside.

4. In another bowl, add in eggs, vanilla essence & brown sugar. Whisk to combine.

5. Slowly pour in melted butter & chocolate sauce (from Step 1). Make sure it's not really hot. Whisk to combine.

6. Add in flour mixture (from Step 2) bit by bit into the egg mixture and slowly fold to combine.

7. Grease pan with some butter and lay with parchment paper.

8. Pour batter into pan & leveled the surface.

9. Sprinkle the balance of the chocolate chips on the surface of the batter.

10. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven.

Happy Baking..
