Writer: Michelle LeeMichelle Lee

A super easy dish whenever running out of ingredients in the kitchen. Simple enough to prepare & cook. Garlic gives the meatballs a nice fragrant & aroma to it after fried. Definitely a hit for everyone.

Ingredients: (makes 18pcs small balls)

150g Minced Pork

2 pcs Dried Chinese Mushroom - soaked & chopped

2 clove Garlic - finely minced

1/4 tsp Sugar

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Light Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Corn/Tapioca Starch

dash of Pepper

Step by Step:

1. Mix everything till well combined.

2. Shape pork balls about the size of fishballs.

3. Put them in the fridge for an hour. Covered in cling wrap.

4. Take out & put in room temperature for about 15mins before frying.

5. Heat up oil in the wok.

6. Once the oil is hot, slowly drop in the pork balls. Fry till golden & remove.

7. Ready to serve.

Happy Cooking..
