Ingredients : (serves 3-4)

270g boneless Pork Chops (pork loin)

1 medium Sweet Onion, sliced thinly (I'm using Red Onion)

4 tbsp Cooking Oil

1/2 tsp Corn Flour mix in 2 tbsp water. (Starch)

Marinate:

1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine

1/2 tbsp Corn Flour

1/2 tsp Sugar

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

dash of pepper

Sauce : (mix together)

10 tbsp Water

2 tbsp Tomato Sauce (ketchup)

3 tsp light soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp Worcesterchire Sauce

5 tsp Sugar

Step by Step :

1. Slice pork chops to about 5mm thickness or ask your butcher to slice it thinly for you.

2. Rinse and use the back of your kitchen meat knife to pound the pork meat. Do it few times horizontally & vertically. This is to make the marinate easily to absorb & meat will become tender.

3. Marinate pork & leave for 1 hours at least. (You can marinate it overnight too)

4. Heat 2 tbsp Cooking oil to pan fry the pork chops till both sides turn golden. Remove & set aside.
