Fried rice using instant Korean Ready-to-eat seaweed. This time I'm is not using the sheet type. You can find those Korean Seaweed for sprinkle on rice, which comes in small pieces and usually is lightly salted, crunchy & contains some olive oil and seasoned with toasted sesame seed.
Ingredients : (Serves 1)
1 bowl Cooked Rice (I'm using white rice mix with red brown rice)
2 tbsp diced carrot
3 tbsp diced french bean
2 tbsp Ready-to-eat Seaweed
1/2 bowl of cabbage - shredded
1 egg
2 tsp cooking oil
Seasoning:
dash of pepper
dash of salt
1/3 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
Step by Step :
1. Beat egg. In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil & fried egg into scrambled egg by stirring it until it fully cooked.
2. Add in diced carrot, french beans, cabbage & stirfry for 1 mins. Add pinch of salt & fry till fully cooked.
3. Put in cooked rice. Add in seasoning & seaweed.
4. Keep stirring for about 3-4 mins until all evenly mixed.
5. Ready to serve.
