A nourishing soup to share here - Chinese Black Bean with Sliced Abalone & Dried Oysters Soup. Taste very good and you really got to try it yourself.

Ingredients : (serves 2-3)
200g pork ribs
1 dried oyster (big size)
4gm dried shredded cuttlefish
150g black beans
10 red dates
1 tbsp dried wolfberries
1/2 slice dried abalone
1.7L water (about 5 rice bowl)
Salt to taste
Steps by Steps:
1. RInse & soak black beans for 2 hours. Put more water as the black beans with absorb alot of water. Rinse again & set aside.
2. Scald pork ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse & set aside.
3.Rinse remaining ingredients & set aside.
4. Put water and all ingredients (except salt) in a pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat & simmer for 3 hours.
5. Season with salt.
6. Ready to serve hot.
