Green radish is native to Northern China region. Its outer peel near the top stem end features leafy-green color which, gradually changes to white color near the lower tip. Inside, its flesh has beautiful jade green color, sweet and less pungent flavor. You can find it in most vegetable stalls in the wet market

Ingredients : (serves 2)
1 medium Chinese Green Radish (about 500g)
1 small carrot
6pc red dates (seed removed)
1 tbsp dried squid (I used shredded type)
300g chicken meat / pork ribs
5 rice bowl water
Steps by Steps :
1. Rinse & Cut radish and carrot into small pieces.
2. Blanch chicken / pork ribs in hot water for 10 minutes & remove.
3. In another pot, put water and all the other ingredients & bring to boil.
4. Once boil, turn to low heat & let it simmer slowly for 1.5 hrs.
5. Add salt to taste & serve hot.
