Mango Pomelo Sago

It's mango season again. Time to make something sweet. Who can resist a bowl of chilled Mango Sago Pomelo Dessert.

A simple & easy recipe. Usually this recipe will use evaporated milk or coconut milk. But I changed the recipe by substituting with a healtier choice - adding mango flavoured yogurt drink. It still taste as wonderful in fact more friendly bacteria added in this bowl of dessert.

Ingredients : (serves 2-3)

2 ripe mangoes (use chilled mangoes)

15g sago pearls

200ml water

6 tbsp sugar

170ml Farm Fresh Mango Tango Yogurt

2pcs pandan leaves

some pomelo flesh for toppings

some cube mangoes for toppings

Steps by Steps :

1. Boil water & bring to boil. Add pandan leaves & sago pearls into boiling water & cook for 5 minutes until sago half cooked. Add sugar. Turn off the flame & cover the pot. Let sago soaked until fully cook. Leave to cool down.

2. Cut mangoes into small pieces & put in blender. Add in Farm Fresh Mango Tango Yogurt into blend & blend together. Blend until a smooth mango puree.

3. Pour mango puree into a big bowl. Mix in the sago pearls syrup & stir to mix evenly.

4. Chilled in fridge before serving.

5. Divide into small individual bowls & add pomelos & cube mangoes for toppings.

6. Serve chilled.
