Lemon Milk Pudding


A scrumptious pudding is the perfect way to finish a meal. Look no further for a fruity, guilt-free dessert that's both nourishing and delicious.

Here's the recipe of Lemon Milk Pudding (No egg recipe). Quick & easy to make. You should try this simple recipe.

Ingredients: (serves 4)

10gm freshly squeeze lemon juice

170g heavy thickened cream

120ml fresh milk

55g sugar

4gm gelatine powder

1 drop vanilla essence

40g room temp water

1/2 mango for decoration (*optional)

Steps by Steps:

1. In a small bowl, soak gelatine powder in water. Let it stand & put aside first.

2. Put heavy thickened cream, sugar & fresh milk in a small pot.

3. Put under low heat & keep stirring until sugar melts. Turn off flame.

4. No need to boil till boiling hot.

5. Add vanilla essence & pour in lemon juice. Mix well & you will slowly feel the milk getting thickened abit.

6. Add in gelatine mixture. And stir slowly till gelatine melts in the milk mixture.

7. Scoop into shot glass or your preferred small cups/container. Cover top of glass with cling film to prevent surface for getting dried up. Let in the fridge for at least 4hrs or overnight to set.

8. Ready to be serve chilled. Decorate with freshly chopped mangoes.

Tips : Fruit toppings can be substitute with your preferred choice of fruits.
