Osmanthus, in Chinese 桂花 (gui hwa), a type of beautiful, tiny little golden flower that usually brew into tea. Love its fragrance taste of the Osmanthus flower, slight sweetness gives a very calming & soothing feeling in every sip. Just put a small teaspoons, add boiling water & brew for few minutes.

Adding Osmanthus flower in making jelly is nothing new. A refreshing jelly with strong floral aroma of the Osmanthus is simply delightful after a heavy meal.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons agar-agar powder
4 rice bowl water
4 tablespoons rock sugar
1 teaspoon dry osmanthus
1 1/2 tablespoon goji berries
1 tablespoon honey
Step by Step:
1. In a pot, boil water & agar agar powder. Bring liquid to simmer & reduce to low heat.
2. Add rock sugar & osmanthus. Stir till rock rugar melt.
3. Add goji berries & simmer for another 5 minutes. Add honey & stir well.
4. Remove from heat & pour into jelly moulds.
5. Let jelly cool down to room temperature before placing into the fridge.
6. Chill for at least 2 hrs or until jelly hardens.
7. Remove jelly from moulds & ready to serve. Enjoy !!
