Simple pizza base you can make at the convenience of your home. This thin crust pizza base, turned out thin and crunchy. Just perfect to our liking. Definitely a keeper!

As it is thin crust, this won't be very filling. The below recipe, perfect for 2 adults who are small eater or enjoy during tea break. If you are super hungry, be prepared to make 2 by doubling the recipe portion.
Ingredients : (makes 1 pc x 24cm diameter)
120g Bread flour
1/2 tsp Instant dried yeast
70ml Warm Water
1 tsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Method:
1. Sift flour into a bowl, mix in salt and yeast.
2. Slowly pour in water and olive oil while mixing them in a firm dough ball.
3. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. (Alternatively you can use a bread maker to mix using dough function.)
4. Place dough in lightly floured bowl, covered and leave in a warm place to rise for 30-45mins or until double its size.
5. Preheat oven at 220°C.
6. Punch dough to release air and place on a lightly floured surface. Roll out a circle pizza base.
7. Place the dough base on oiled pan. You can use your finger to spread thinner.
8. Prick the base all over with fork and brush a thin layer of olive oil.
9. Spread with desired toppings. Bake in preheated oven at 220°C for 20 mins.

(my toppings here : tomato puree, smoked duck strips, pineapples, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese)

Happy Baking.
