Made a simple no egg Tiramisu cake. No baking required. Basically, you just mix the cream and cheese, then assemble everything together in a glass container or cake pan. Then wait few hours or overnight before you can dig in. Yummylicious!

Recipe adapted from below blog but I reduced to 2/3 portion. https://tastesbetterfromscratch.com/easy-tiramisu/
Tiramisu taste even better when made in advance, allowing the flavors to blend! It will keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
Tiramisu can be made with or without alcohol. This recipe calls for coffee flavored liqueur but I omitted it.
Alcohol free: Leave it out completely.
Alcohol variations: use dark rum, brandy, marsala wine.
Expresso substitutions: coffee, decaf
Ingredients : (serves 4)
I'm using a glass container size 16x11cm)
200g heavy whipping cream
150g mascarpone cheese ,room temperature (I'm using cream cheese)
50g granulated sugar
1/3 tsp vanilla extract
125ml (1/2 cup) cold espresso
2 Tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur ,optional (I omitted)
1 package Lady Fingers ,Savoiardi brand (I only use 10 sticks)
1 tsp Cocoa powder for dusting the top

Instructions : 1. Add whipping cream to a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed with electric mixers. Slowly add sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until stiff peaks. Add mascarpone cheese and mix just until combined. Set aside.

2. Add coffee and liqueur to a shallow bowl. Dip the lady fingers in the coffee (Don't soak them--just quickly dip them on both sides to get them wet) and lay them in a single layer on the bottom of pan.
3. Smooth half of the mascarpone mixture over the top. Add another layer of dipped lady fingers. Smooth remaining mascarpone cream over the top. (I smooth a thin layer, then piped out the cream)

4. Dust cocoa powder generously over the top (I use a fine mesh strainer to do this). Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or up to overnight before serving.

Happy Cooking.
