Buffalo Corn on the Cob. Just grill corn, then generously smothered in the spicy buffalo sauce, and serve the rest on the side for the occasional dip.

Got the ideas from buffalo wings. Wonder how buffalo wings got it's name? A quick Google search result mentioned that the family owned a small restaurant called Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York (hence the name: buffalo wing). She deep fried the chicken wings, melted butter into cayenne pepper sauce, mixed both together, and viola! The buffalo wing was born. (Source : www.spoonuniversity.com)
Ingredients : 2 cobs of Corn 1 tsp Melted Butter Dried parsley to garnish Pinch of Sea Salt
Mix together Buffalo sauce: 10g Butter (room temperature) 10g Linghams Chilli Sauce 10g Mayonaise Pinch of Salt

Step by Step : Heat the grill. Brush melted butter over the corn. Grill for 8-10 mins, turning a few times. (for shortcut, I actually pre-steam the corn for 10 mins before grilling it to achieve the charred bits)

While the corn is grilling, prepare the buffalo sauce. Combine butter, mayo & Linghams Chilli Sauce. When the corn are done grilling, brush it with buffalo sauce, then sprinkle with some sea salt & dried parsley flakes.

Happy Cooking.
