There's some frozen mango sitting in my freezer and have to make something out of it to clear my fridge space.
Here's simply mango yogurt ice cream. If you are expecting this to be soft serve like Mc Donald's ice cream, sorry this is not. This is kind of hard and not easy to melt, so you get to slowly enjoy your ice-cream.
Since no additional sugar added, this might be slightly sour to some (it also depends on the ripeness of your mango). Sweetness is purely derive from the original sweetness of the mango, the yogurt and yogurt drink.
Ingredients: (makes 4)
155g Ripe Mango Flesh
55ml Yogurt Milk Drink - Mango Flavour
135g Plain Original Yogurt
Step by Step:
1. Diced mango flesh and blend them into smooth puree.
2. Add in plain yogurt and yogurt milk and mix to combine. Just use a spoon to stir slowly.
3. Slowly pour mixture into ice cream mould.
4. Put into freezer to freeze until hardens. Better to leave it overnight to let it completely hardens.
5. Remove & ready to eat.
