No-Bake Chocolate Crispy Rice Bubbles

To me, this is the simplest cookies to prepare. No mixing of flour, no beating of butter, no need to bake, just few simple ingredients. Most important kids will definitely love this so much.

Ingredients : (makes 80 pcs mini cups)

70g Rice Bubbles Puff

110g Dark Chocolate Compound

1/2tsp Cooking Oil

Chocolate Rice for sprinkles

Mini cupcakes liner

Step by Step:

1. Arrange cupcakes liner in a tray.

2. Melt chocolate compound in double boiler (bain marie method) with cooking oil. Stirring occasionally.

3. Once chocolate completely melted, remove.

4. Add in rice bubbles puff & stir till rice bubbles till well coated with melted chocolate.

5. Use a spoon to carefully spoon rice bubbles into cupcakes liner. (Do this quickly to prevent chocolate dries up)

6. Sprinkles with chocolate rice.

6. After all completed, put tray into fridge for 5-8 mins to let the chocolate firms up & sticks together.
