Ingredients : (serves 2-3)

125g Bitter Gourd

10g Dried Chrysanthemum

6pcs Red Dates (seed removed)

1pc Honey Dates

6 rice bowl of water

Rock Sugar to taste

Steps By Steps :

1. Clean bitter gourd & remove seed. Cut into 1.5cm thickness strip.

2. Rinse dried chrysanthemum.

3. In a pot, add water, bitter gourd & chrysanthemum. Bring to boil.

4. Once boil, lower heat & simmer slowly for 30 minutes.

5. Add rock sugar to taste.

6. Ready to drink. Serve hot or chill.
