Brushetta Salmon Spread

A classic Italian appetizer. It couldn't be easier to prepare. It’s just a mixture of chopped tomatoes & salmon spread spooned over olive-oil brushed slices of toasted baguette.

It’s perfect for a party especially when December month is approaching with much reasons to celebrate with your friends & loved ones. This is because you can make a large batch of the topping ahead of time, as well as toasting baguette slices. Either bring out a bowl of the bruschetta topping for people to put on their own toasts, or do it for them right before serving.

Here's showing you a quick & easy way to prepare Brushetta for your party guests.

Ingredients : (makes 32pcs)

1 french baguette

1 big red riped tomato, seed removed & diced

1 can Ayam brand Salmon Spread

Italian mix herbs - to sprinkle on top

Olive oil butter

Mixed fresh herbs finely chopped for garnishing.

(I'm using Coral lettuce - thinly sliced for garnishing as I can't find fresh herbs last minute)

Step by step :

1. Preheat oven at 160 degree.

2. Cut baguette into thin 1cm slice or slightly thicker.

3. Put baguette into preheated oven for about 5 minutes & let it bake till it become crispy. Set aside to cool it down.

4. Spread olive oil butter onto 1 side of the cut baguette. Add Salmon Spread on top.

5. Then carefully arrange some diced tomatoes on top.

6. Sprinkle some Italian mixed herb for some additional flavouring.

7. Garnish with fresh green herbs / chopped lettuce.

Tips : For more better taste, you may add a dash of salt & pepper with a few drops of olive oil into the diced tomatoes. Mix well before you arrange on the baguette.
