Salmon Miso Soup


A bowl of hot steamy soup is the best to have during the cold weather or rainy season. I'm going to share with you this recipe using Salmon bone. The soup is very sweet & for those who loves salmon, you still can get bits of salmon meat from the bones. Try this today!!

Ingredients : (serves 3)

Salmon bone - buy from Jaya grocer small pkt RM5 only 1 box Soft silky tofu (cut into 8 pcs) 1 pkt Enoki mushroom 3-4 teaspoons Miso paste 1 teaspoon Japanese Dry Kelp (optional) Salt to taste

1 ltr Water

Step by step :

1. Boil water in a small pot, put miso paste & boil till soup become brownish and miso paste dissolve.

2. Then put in salmon bones, silky tofu & enoki mushroom, cook for another 5 mins.

3. Finally put in the dry kelp & boil for another 1 minute.

4. As miso paste already salty, taste your soup whether it suit your taste. Add salt to your preference & it's ready to be serve.

Tips: Do not throw in salmon skin or big chunk of belly fats. It will make the soup too oily. Anyway those were actually good fish oil which is good for your heart & skin. So, gals do not freak out if you see that bowl of oily soup.
